owlie embroidery pattern

owlie embroidery

This little embroidered owlie was part of the Suppose 1st anniversary celebration. During anniversary week, customers could come into the shop, hang out in the classroom and embroider mister owl, or take home a kit to work on him later. You can make your own too! Just…

1. Download the pattern here.

2. Trace the pattern onto fabric with a water soluble pen or pencil. (Our favorite is the sewline pencil.)

3. Embroider away!

Here are the colors we used:
background fabric: Kona Cotton in natural
branch & tree trunk: neutral brown floss
tree: turquoise green
owl body: royal blue
owl accent: fuschia
beak & feet: lime green

Grab an owlie embroidery kit if you want yours to will look just like ours, or use whatever colors strike your fancy.  Owlie can easily be turned into a pillow, added as a patch to a bag, or hung on the wall right in the embroidery hoop.
