Shipping Policy

Suppose offers shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping prices are calculated according to the weight and size of the items ordered, speed of delivery required, and distance. Because of the complexity of these calculations, the best estimate of shipping costs is to add your items to the shopping cart, and calculate shipping on the checkout page. Once an order is placed, it is typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Every package we ship has a tracking number that you will receive by email when the order is shipped. UPS tracks and insures every shipment we send, and once an order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. When your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time is as follows:

• UPS Ground 1-5 business days
• UPS 3-Day Select 3 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air next business day

Shipping time for international orders varies; orders typically arrive about 7-10 days after shipping.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date on unused merchandise in original packaging accompanied with the original packing slip or receipt. Cut fabric, books, patterns, sale items, and special orders are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise. Suppose will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us by phone or email before returning merchandise by mail. Suppose reserves the right to revoke return privileges in the event of excessive returns and to take legal action in the event of alleged fraud.
